What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

The Security Operations group is a multi-functional organization that includes Trust & Safety, CSIRT, Threat Intelligence and Insider Threat. While no two days will end up looking the same, as  a specialist within the Trust  & Safety team generally-speaking you’ll be responsible for the following things:

• ATO Expert - You are an analytical thinker and are ready to dig in and become an expert on ATOs.
• Detail Oriented - You don’t skimp on the details, you are laser focused on analyzing the details, nothing misses your analysis.
• Knowledge management - You have helped train people before and you know how to break down a complex problem into simple steps to teach others. You find teaching others to be exhilarating and you look forward to helping others succeed.
• Root Cause Identification - In addition to being an analytical thinker you are able to distill down the facts to identify patterns and their root cause.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• You have been working in the Trust & Safety space for a couple years now (3+ years), at this point you are familiar with common Account Take Over vectors and causes, and you have helped respond to mitigate them.
• You are customer obsessed, you have some experience directly interacting with customers and are able to understand the customer lifecycle as it pertains to ATOs.
• You're an operator at heart and are comfortable building and managing processes, scaling knowledge and process across large teams.
• You frequently get praise from your peers and coworkers about your communication skills, both written and verbal
• You can translate complex findings and results into a concise and compelling narrative
