Convert and swap Blast BLAST to Pundi X (Old) NPXS

Blast is an Ethereum L2 that offers native yield for ETH and stablecoins. Blast’s native ETH yield comes from staked L1 ETH yield, which is transferred to rebasing ETH on the L2.
