LUCA is the native token of ATM, a peer-to-peer staking platform that enables users to stake tokens with each other. By establishing connections and locking their tokens, users can build their network within the ATM ecosystem. The platform utilizes Google's PageRank algorithm to rank each user in the network, which subsequently determines their stake rewards. LUCA is the reward token in this system. It's also the preferred token for locking in connections, as its use can potentially increase the weight of connections when rewards are calculated.
LUCA operates within the ATM platform, which provides a smart contract known as a Consensus Contract. This contract allows users to connect with each other on multiple public blockchains that support smart contracts. ATM uses these consensus connections to replace the link between web pages in the original PageRank algorithm, calculating the PR value of each user node in the ATM network. This PR value represents the user's influence within the community. Through consensus connections, users can receive rewards according to their PR value. LUCA held on each public chain is sent to a public deposit smart contract, from which users can withdraw at any time.
LUCA serves as both a reward and utility token within the ATM platform. It's primarily used in ATM's network, which has attracted around 3,500 users and continues to grow. Users can access multiple features of the platform using their PR value. These features include receiving AI-powered professional support from LUCY, an AI chatbot, engaging with the dynamic messaging platform, and creating their own AI AVATAR. Users can also purchase Avatars to become members of the Avatar community within ATM and receive rewards. Additionally, LUCA can be used to access various features of games within the platform.
LUCA was introduced as part of the ATM platform, which was founded by Lottfi Zaouini, the current CEO of NeuronLabs. Zaouini has a diverse background in crypto and development. The ATM platform and LUCA token were developed with the aim of creating a new form of staking social network. The platform has since grown to include around 3,500 users and continues to expand.
