As mentioned in the whitepaper, the basic concept behind the platform is to make ICO more secure and allow users to make investments in different projects more accessible and quicker. The platform aims to uplift user profits by establishing a solid community built on transparency, trust, and assurance. Also, the platform seeks to provide instant access to verifiable ICOs so that serious traders can allow them to receive funding securely and quickly. The users seek to have full integration within the Bitdepositary App to manage their payments, exchanges, tokens, and coins.
The purpose of Bitdepositary is to seek to offer high security to the community of supporters and creators of the ICO projects. By centralizing the ICO and empowering the users, the platform aims to help to determine whether a project is to be published or not. The process seeks to enhance the security against scams and tokenthefts. Also, some additional checks are done by the legal experts and professionals during the initial phase to aim to remove errors and avoid vulnerabilities.
According to the whitepaper, BDT is the official cryptocurrencyof Bitdepositary, which is an ERC20token. The BDT tokens are essential for voting during the pre-investments. Therefore, tokens are necessary to get 25% additional project tokens. When the project goes live, the users can trade all their tokens, but if the project does not go live, the tokens are sent back to traders or users. Also, if the project goes live after voting life, the tokens are directly traded in the project.
The overall mission of Bitdepositary is to seek to enable users to manage all of their financial needs in a very secure and safe way. Bitdepositary has a potential impact on the users and ICO project leaders, and utilizing the Salesforce technology aims to provide added security, seriousness, and confidence to the operations.
The Bitdepositary platform was officially founded in Q2 of 2018 in Malta. The founder/CEO of the platform is Tobias Graf, who has six years of experience in the financial services sector. Other team members include Carina Graf (CFO), Caner Filizer (CSO), and Mrinal Sharma (CTO/blockchain architect). Currently, nine key members are contributing to the platform by developing and supporting comprehensive tasks.
