He is an entrepreneur with 10+ years in business, venture capital, and blockchain experience. Other key members of the team include Sergey Potekhin, who leads the development and blockchain design of Revain and holds the position of CEO of the Technology area; as well as developer Sergey Omilyanchuk, who is responsible for server and application architecture. In 2018 the team plans to launch the RVN token in quarter 3 and release gaming reviews in quarter 4. Revain is a marketing platform in the form of a Yelp-like online review platform. Businesses incentivize users to leave public feedback that’s posted to Revain’s digital ledger on the Ethereum blockchain.

Revain (REV) is a utility token based on Ethereum. REV token was created for practical purposes, such as rewarding an expert for winning a review competition. Companies utilize REV tokens for encouraging reviews and providing a vehicle for users to effectively withdraw RVN (stablecoin by Revain) tokens to exchanges. The REV cryptocurrency plays a vital role in operating the Revain platform.
Review authors or writers are rewarded for writing genuine reviews successfully, receiving likes, and receiving comments in Revain's cryptocurrency and the form of experience points. As writers collect experience points, they may access more tasks, rewards, or services. The platform has two currencies, REV and RVN, but RVN cannot be traded on the open market. Hence, users need to convert their RVN into REV for exchanging and getting compensation.
The Revain project was introduced in the year 2018 by Rinate Arsalanov. A crowd sale originally funded the team of Revain in August 2017 by trading REV tokens to create its platform. REV token was the initial cryptocurrency developed by Revain's team; it was an Ethereum-based token that interfaces with the online business review platform of Revain. Revain (REV) resulted from token migration in April 2020, when every REV token was swapped to create REV tokens.
