Bitrock (BROCK) is an Ethereum sidechain that utilizes the IBFT 2.0 Proof of Authority (PoA) blockchain. It is known for its near-zero native gas fees, making it a cost-effective solution for users. Bitrock aims to provide a scalable, secure, and high-speed infrastructure for transactions. One of its unique features is a multichain decentralized exchange (DEX) swap, which allows cryptocurrencies to be traded directly on their native chains. All these can be managed through Bitrock's native multichain DEX, and all gas is equalized from other chains and paid in BITROCK-20.

Bitrock operates using the IBFT 2.0 Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus, where approved accounts, known as validators, validate transactions and blocks. Validators take turns to create the next block, and before inserting the block onto the chain, a super-majority of validators must first sign the block. Bitrock also supports Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible applications, allowing users to deploy smart contracts or WEB3 Applications compatible with EVM and all Ethereum tools. Bitrock's blockchain aims to provide scalability, security, and speed. It has a 2-second block time and near-zero gas fees.

Bitrock's unique multichain DEX swap opens up a range of potential use cases. It allows for the direct trading of cryptocurrencies on their native chains, bypassing the need to use DEX's native to those chains, hold native chain tokens, or pay gas fees in those native tokens. This feature aims to simplify and streamline the trading process for users. Additionally, Bitrock's compatibility with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) applications means it can support the deployment of smart contracts or WEB3 Applications, further expanding its potential use cases.

Bitrock was stealth launched in July 2023 without any presale, private sale, or VC backing. It was developed as a response to the ongoing scarcity of reliable, robust, and scalable EVM compatible solutions. After rigorous Testnet testing, Bitrock launched with a live Testnet and released the Mainnet just three days later. It has a 2-second block time, near-zero gas fees, and a maximum of 12,000 transactions per second. The Bitrock team is developing additional utilities related to the chain and DEX, with the intention to enhance the platform's capabilities.
