Most blockchain projects claim to offer in-game peer-to-peer trading, but they are centralized. Privately owned firms drive the projects with a closed ecosystem. However, GameSwap is neutral, fully community-driven, and 100 percent open source.
GameSwap aims to launch the first version MVP (Blockchain Minimum Viable Product)— the light version of blockchain application with minimum functionality. The GameSwap platform also aims to bridge gaming and crypto-asset trading with a neutral approach making gamers feel comfortable and in control. The platform seeks to work similar to Uniswap, with AMM (automated market maker) providing liquidity through liquidity pools (LPs) with a strong focus on in-game assets.

The GSWAP is the governance token of GameSwap DEX and the platform's base currency. A governance token is a token that empowers its owners to participate in the voting to shape the future of a protocol. The users can gain GSWAP tokens by yield farming or as a reward. To farm the GSWAPcoins, users need to get liquidity provider tokens on Uniswap or Balancer pools.
